This behaviour is not new, I had it from the very beginning. But this time, it’s too much. :frowning:
For me it locks like the material feed around the edges is to high. Is there a parameter at my Sanguinololu 1.3a which can be lowered?

You’re talking about the blobs around the corners? Increase your XY jerk a bit. Looks like you may have it set for 0.

I get that when I’m printing really fast or when I’m over extruding. Which firmware are you using and maybe post the Configuration.h file to postbin or something and link it.
