I am printing a large(r) model - kisslicer is generating x (& y) moves

I am printing a large® model - kisslicer is generating x (& y) moves into negative coordinate space for the skirt, raft and supports!! How do I prevent this? Negative X (& Y) on my Simple is past the home stop…

is the model bigger than the defined print area in KISS?

The model is 140mm long. My X axis is defined in kisslicer as 150mm, however, I note that my center is not 75, but rather 62.5 (from when the X was 125mm - I’ve been slowly enhancing to print larger). Would that have done it?

Not positive @Alex_Wiebe but I’ve seen some weirdness when trying to slice a model that’s bigger than the print area. I’ve not tried it on a recent version of KISS…

I reprinted the model (made some design changes) and this time it was fine. I think the difference was I had not set the center of the build area correctly. I suspect KISSLICER tries to center the model on the defined center point (not a calculated one) and then works from there.
