Hmm, I bought various colored 20m filament rings from Faberdashery but now have a few things to print which will take more than 20m per object.
So I guess I need to shop some more. Any recommendations for where I get good quality 1.75mm PLA, preferably from a German seller?

fuse them together @Florian_Horsch_flouS did it with a lighter, should work.

for your other question: http://silberkind.de/filamentmatrix

@Nils_Hitze fusing them would create multi-color prints which isn’t exactly what I was going for. Thanks for the Matrix, unfortunately it says nothing about the quality (I’m spoiled by Faberdashery).

i’m using 1,75 PLA filament from http://fabber-parts.de/shop and it works very nice !

@Erik_Reimert I’m having a hard time with the fabber-parts PLA. It’s very rubbery and doesn’t stick to the bed. At what temperature are you printing?

70 degrees and if you can’t get it to stick then clean the surface and spray it gently with ordinary hairspray - it works perfectly !

I assume that should be 170 degrees?

thought you meant the hotbed ! , the hotend is 205 degrees

It’s no use. Regardless of the temperature, this stuff is absolutely worthless in comparison to the faberdashery PLA. wasted money in an attempt to save some :-/

Strange ! It works just fine here :-/

Do you use their premium PLA or the standard one? Which color?

Right now I’m Using this one http://fabber-parts.de/shop/index.php?a=110&lang=eng, that is standard, but have you measured the thickness, mine was 1,72 mm and it’s very important to correct the thickness in you printersoftware.
