Any idea how to stop my QIDI jamming the spool of filament?

It didnt happen on a previous spool but now with the new one it seems to wind the “nut” up as it draws the filament out until the nut is tight. When that happens the printer cannot draw any more filament and so the print fails.

I have tried loosening the nut but it just seems to wind itself tight again.

check how the spool is wound and that it rotates with a bit of resistance to always have a bit of tension on the filament for it not to tangle up.
