If you previously used Google+, please feel free to “log in with Google” using the same Google account you used with Google+ instead of creating a new account. If you do that first, you will be recognized as the owner of all the content that was imported from Google+ before its shutdown. After you do that, you are welcome to change authentication to use a Maker Forums password or any other authentication mechanism we suport.
