I was mid-print with my Qidi x-max 3 when I had sparks coming from my hot end can anyone give me some advice, please

I have seen reports of this somewhere, which I understand to be due to static electricity buildup, and I expect that support is likely to provide a new USB cable from the mainboard to the print head, an additional ground wire, or both.
