Hi, I have a Genmitsu ProverXL 4030 and I keep breaking router bits. Feed and plunge rates are 2mm and 5mm respectively, I’m pretty certain I’ve run this setup before without any issues. When the router starts and the bit bites in and moves it actually flexes. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
You aren’t mentioning actual rates (I assume implied “per second”) nor materials nor types of bits, so you are kind of playing your cards close to your chest. 
But perhaps your machine has loosened up; that can cause bits to break in setups that used to work.
That’s exactly what it was. Positive contact had come loose from its post. Thank you.
