Working on a new solution to avoid smashing (and wrecking) the front wing all the time… some more tweaking needs to be done. I’ll hint the solution here. I guess most of you can figure out whats going on ;).

Did you check out my reenforced front end? http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1343656 Have not broken it yet and have hit my traffic cones at about half throttle and knocked them 20 feet without damage to the front end.
Woah Nice! Thats really beefy =). Looks great. That’s absolutely a easier way (using PLA) to increase the strength.
