Wondering where people are sourcing their power supplies from?

Wondering where people are sourcing their power supplies from? I’m going to embark on a project soon, and I’m don’t want a shoddy power supply - but I’m also hoping not to drop too much money, either. Suggestions?

how many LEDs do you want to drive? Inside or outside?

How many amps do you think you need?

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZRIWZD 5, 10, 20, 40, 60A. (I have the 40A one although for 5A you can get something more compact I think)

Should have given details, sorry - probably 16m of WS2801, indoors. Thanks for the suggestions so far! I’ve heard good things about “Meanwell” brand.

What is your pixel density 60/m or 144/m? Anyway, you will end up with a power requirement of 60 … 150 A. Be aware that the fans of those power supplies can get unpleasantly loud. If your situation allows, it could be better to use 2 or even 4 supplies. With the fanless versions you have to make sure that there is sufficient air convection.
My last installation I made with individual sealed type supplies, one for each strand. https://www.pollin.de/productdownloads/D352045D.PDF
Small, silent, no worries about dust pile up, spill prove …

I’ve had good success with Meanwell from Ray Wu’s Alibaba store.
