Woke up wanting to try something different. I have a couple spare hotends which are working but have some discoloration due to heat. I pulled out the high temp enamel and gave it a couple light coats. Looks like it came out pretty well! Haven’t tried it yet so hopefully it won’t burn off but we shall see!

Maybe the spray is isolating and you will have temp problems
@Alberto_Valero_Gomez possibly but I doubt. I run a fan on these hotends where the PEEK starts as the extruder gets hot otherwise. I’ll do some testing and report back!
Black should have better emissivity, allowing heat to radiate better.
