If you need to salvage a part that did not cut all the way through from some expensive material, here is a great way to do it. I guess you could always try and re-cut the piece too.

Might come in handy on occasion. Most of the time if I have a piece in plywood that’s not all the way cut it’s because of those damn glue pockets that form some time and they can be relatively thick. Maybe a combination of sanding and then exacto knife cutting?
