What would I have to do to be able to cut super thin aluminum

What would I have to do to be able to cut super thin aluminum cleanly? I want to cut some stuff out of the roll of flashing you can get at home stores which is 0.0084" or roughly 30-31 gauge ( https://www.lowes.com/pd/Amerimax-20-in-x-50-ft-Aluminum-Roll-Flashing/3010400 ).

I haven’t tried it yet but I don’t know if it’ll just fray as if you tried to cut aluminum foil with an x-acto knife.

I’ve considered putting something thin on top and bottom like a sandwich but I’m not sure if that’ll work or if it’ll add too much load to the cutter.

The sandwich idea is pretty darn good man, that will probably get the job done.
You could also strap a plasma to it…

Glue the aluminum to a substrate such as mdf, hardwood etc using laminate glue. Use a sharp aluminum cutting end mill cut very shallow and fast

Sand which is the only way. 1/8 mdf each side, clamped as much as possible. Down cut but
