What is the recommended wire gauge for the following stepper motor to connect to a XPRO V3 controller and 24V power supply.

Shaft Size: 1/4"
Torque: 175 oz-in
Step Angle: 1.8
DC 2.8 A/Phase
4 Wire Bi-polar
Hi, it would be 22AWG
22 awg is good for the Steppers. I usually just match whatever came on them. For the supply line from PS to Controller I would go a little, I would go a little larger. I use 18 gauge for suppllies.
I Have the following… PSU (12.5A / 48V) to Motor Driver = 16GA, Driver to Motor (Nema23 175oz/235oz 2.8A) = 18GA Shielded. Additional Note: Wall Power to PSU I used 14GA (Fused at 15A)
PSU to controller I use 16g.
