What is the feasibility of cutting the big plates by hand? My time frame for doing the cut it forward thing probably won’t work as I am looking to build a machine over the next year. I do cut panels for airplanes by hand, maybe if I do most of the work in a drill press, I could be OK, but probably not enough precision to align the roller holes.
Getting cut on a laser or water jet would be my recommendation
