what is the difference between the ws2812b and the apa102 chips ive been seeing lately?

Different protocol - I have a spec sheet and sample strip at home somewhere, haven’t implemented support for it yet and don’t rememeber the differences off the top of my head

I found two APA102 LEDs. Version A1 has the standard viewing angle (120 degrees) and version A2 with a 160 degree viewing angle. Here is the data sheet from gree-leds: https://app.box.com/s/8oevda04rtxruji01vje
