The the test drive. great fun for about 3 mins that the wheel stop moving when the motor is still turning.
you probably guess. the gears in the diffs are stripped. both the ABS and the Bridge Nylon.

what else can I print these in to stop this. Any ideas

You might want to try the 910 alloy. http://airwolf3d.com/shop/alloy910

I know airwolf printed gears and rotating parts with that stuff for their rc car.

Alloy 910 as mentioned above. Perfect material for highly stressed gears.

Ahh that was just that I didn’t have anything the right length so it needed ‘adjusting’. How’s your build going

Pretty slow I have the printed gears all ready but waiting on a metal set up ,and having some set backs due to not printing in the correct material, I’m going to try PC poly carbonate. See
how that does
