Fastenal didn’t have appropriately sized washers, I’d already checked. Ingentis uses printed parts to do what I’m doing.
Its hard to tell, but are they completely flat. The reason i ask is i made some but i put about a 1/2mm step on the bearing side so it would contact the inner race first. Other wise i was fighting the bearing to spin.
There isn’t a step, but the width of the two washers plus bearing is less than the space allotted (which may cause its own problems if the filament falls off the bearing)…the washers take about 2 minutes a piece to print, so iteration is pretty easy
