Maybe the presets can be improved. But what do you think about printing it wihout support the next time?

The hand that is hanging down definitely needs supports, so you won’t be able to get away with printing it in this orientation with no supports at all.
@Hermien_Pellissier Unbelievable that the fingers are so fragile, right? Jep, the support under the right hand have to be there … but the other support?! 8)
@Cedric_Wiemann You might very well be able to get away without some of the other supports, but it does depend on the material, temperature and print speed. And you will probably have to smooth some of those areas post print. All that said, I would try it out if I were you. Even if the experiment fails, you still have more information for future prints. 
@Hermien_Pellissier I will. This one is ABS-X, next time I will try to print with PET and thinner layers. This may improve the quality of the surface. We will see ^^

Edit: I used Cura 15, newer versions generate better support structures
