Check these out! They are SK6805 pixels each one is 24mm x 27mm laid out on 5mm strip. They are identical to the SK6812 pixel so no code changes required to drive them. I got these from Ray Wu on Aliexpress, but they highest density is 120ppm. My idea was to criss-cross them, but that didn’t pan out as they don;t line up, but they are still awesome! Some notes on these:
-They DO NOT have solder pads on the rear, appart from the start and end of each 50cm segment
-They DO have solder pads between each pixel, they are super easy to cut and solder
-They are not as bright, as 5050 pixels but still pretty bright (comparison Elec Dash Tron on Instagram: “These #SK6805 pixels are damn small! On the right is a regular #sk6812 strip both are being driven by the same data signal, and the little…” )

@Leon_Yuhanov can you explain the difference between 5050 and 2427. I know some newer pixels take a higher refresh rate. Is that the difference there?
@Marc_MERLIN those numbers are the dimensions of the pixels. 5050 means 5mmx5mm and 2427 is 2.4mmx2.7mm the ones i posted here are half the physical size of the regular 5050!
Aah, got it, sorry that for being slow on this one. So your pixels are smaller, but mine are more dense due to how they’re packed.
@Marc_MERLIN Ive been chatting to tons of suppliers to get smaller and higher density strips but this seems the limit! I primarily use the same pixels as you(144ppm) as well
