Decent print quality, a model like that needs soluble or break-away supports though.

How about impact resistance? I want to print a helmet for bicicle but dont know how tick it should be

Oh I dunno… with proper engineering I could see a 3d printed helmet filled with EPS foam being crash worthy. Modern biking helmets are simply that actually. A thin plastic shell over a well designed foam core…

@Eric_Cha I could see that, but a solely 3D printed helmet would not work well.

@Nathan_Walkner I’m assuming that the outside surface is the most important, if you flip it the surface will me marred by support structure.
