This is my DIY router, worka area is X950mm, Y500mm, Z110mm
Made with 40x80mm alu profiles, spindle is China 2,2Kw.
I have also a retrofited Terco 45 and a lathe Ø400x700mm with 2,2Kw motor. Everything is controlled with Mach3, SolidWorks/SolidCam is used for modeling.

Thanks for sharing buddy, looks like quite a substantial machine. Are you using Mach3 or Emc2?
