The simulator works with printrbot simple metal (all axis ànd extrusion) but the code printer will only heat extruder to preset temperature but the printer will not start printing. I have tried all baud rates but no success. The printer works well using Windows 10. Any suggestions?

What is shown on the console? Please enable debug logging and send me the console output by email. (long press on console - send support email) Thanks

Console says printer connect. Then temp increases until the following is shown:
T:200.31 E:0 B:0.0

Each line after that is the same with slight temp fluctuations.

as written by email, the example gcode model which comes with GCodePrintr is not supposed to be print out. The gcode is printer specific and do not work on other printer types. (e.g. wait for headbed which does not exist)
