The 50 W laser head moves but the laser does not fire

I have a 50w k40 laser. I send work to the laser, the head starts to move, but the laser fires for a point at first, then goes out. When I open the cap of the tube and look closely, I see that the laser tube is blinking weakly dozens of times per second. But it does not burn the wood in the work area. The green led on the power unit is on, it fires for a short time when I press the test button.

How can ı solve it?

That sounds like something in the LPS is shorting the HV to ground. Have you tried doing that test with the lights out so you can see where it is arching? BE VERY CAREFUL!
