Thanks to Greg Williams I ordered all metal gearing and started assembling today. Also thanks to the updated gearbox everything fit nicely. @Greg_Williams if you have the gearbox you posted on Thingiverse as a solid model I would say love to incorporate it into my Fusion 360 model to share out when I am done. That said I still have a lot of parts to print 
Sorry @Garin_Gardiner . I never posted any gearbox on Thingiverse. I just have the one from the original OpenRC files. Haven’t tried to assemble it yet.
Did you finished the assembling? If so can you send me the link to the stl files which you used instead of the original?
