Thanks for the feedback. I put some shrinktube on the bearings because i dont have teflon tube. So its no longer steel vs. aluminium but plastic shrinktube vs. aluminium. Dont notice any difference in sliding, but looks cool :wink: #CrossCarriage

Yes indeed I saw this solution in build your cnc website and its a very good adaption for the quadraap

Alu tubes are a Great idea to save much weight . Will try it tommorow.

Shauki danke für das Angebot mit den Rädern. Was Ich noch brauche wäre für die z- Achse ein paar Meter von dem 6mm Plastik Paketband. Finde da nur 1000m Rollen zu kaufen :wink: Wenn du da noch was von übrig hättest wäre klasse.
