Sweet! CircuitCo has released a new BeagleBone Black eMMC flasher image, “Updated Image 2013.06.06”. I like how the wiki editor seems to be giving us more and more descriptive release notes.
Also, I just noticed that the section on the page called “Image For Booting From microSD” (http://j.mp/12xBomM) has been keeping pace with the flasher image section, with SD Boot image updates dated 05-24, 05-28 and 06-06.

i got @Ubuntu 13.04 on mine, also installed @Xubuntu desktop, but it looks like it needs a video driver installing

I put 13.04 on a nice old Dell Precision, but wound up putting 12.04 back on the machine due to video issues.
13.04 gave me a picture, but never stopped flickering.

Another hour to load again! I wish there was a way to mount the BBB on the computer and write the eMMC directly.

Angstrom 2012.06.06 image works well for me, with a bit of dtb copying I even got it to recognize the can device.

I just installed it on my BBB but now I can’t get PRU to work: module uio_pruss still doesn’t set up PRU by itself and Janusz’ script breaks because you can’t write to /sys/devices/bone_capemgr.9/slots :
