So I just got LaserWeb setup with my EleksMaker A3 and I’m trying to engrave a mesh scale on to a piece of plywood for lining up things to cut/etch. Attached is a screen shot of the gcode of how it will cut it.

When I hit start, it homes at not the 0,0 position then goes to the top right and bottoms out, then starts the cuts. How can I get it setup so it stops bottoming out?

Do you have endstops on that machine? Go to settings / machine and turn off Show Machine

Then wherever you want to start make sure you press Set Zero on the control tab

It does not have endstops. So I need to basically manually home it every time I want to cut?

Yes. plus turn off the setting indicated above
