ye and my software still crashes everytime i am trying to ‘save changes’ in the profile menu. On two different machines, on two different licenses and two completely different printers. So… hm… maybe they should focus on solving issues with their software instead, and add more features like more options for the base layers
@Piotr_Sitko , sounds like a problem on your end…probably something stupid like an antivirus program you’re running, etc. I’ve got Simplify3D running on at least 15 different machines at various schools around the county (Everything from Windows 7 to Windows 10) and none of them have crashing problems. Many many others don’t have crashing problems either. I’d say fire up a VM with a plain version of windows, install it, and see if it crashes there…when it doesn’t (it won’t.), add all of the current software you run and figure out what software ends up breaking Simplify3D, and then ditch it. Just because it’s two different machines, doesn’t mean you haven’t loaded up both of those machines with some specific software that you like to use which could be the culprit.
@ThantiK thnaks for response, those machines both have different os and there is no av software at all. both have admin rights etc, the support everytime i contact them they state that my printer profile is corrupted and I need to reainstall the software and all delete all the profiles I can show you , recording my screen : https://youtu.be/WNzw4jHCgpg Thanks for any help of hints and your time
