What’s exciting is that you don’t have to wait that long! It’s not as pretty as their photo op pasta, but chocolate printing has been around for years, and the community (in particular RichRap) gave us some paste extruders. http://richrap.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/universal-paste-extruder-ceramic-food.html
We wonder if you can control what nutrients you can put in the food depending on your diet.
