Running K40 Whisperer in fullscreen

Fullscreen mode can be useful when running K40 Whisperer on a Raspberry Pi with a 1024x600 touch screen. Running it in fullscreen gets rid of the task bar and title bar which gives us just enough room for displaying all of the controls.

Adding an -f (or --fullscreen) switch only requires a few small changes in k40_whisperer.py (all changed/added lines are highlighted):

With the window frame gone, exiting the application is done via File → Exit.
