Recommended settings PG35L stepper

I have been using it it without any problems on a ramps board, i think it was set at 0.3v at the trimpot.

But smoothie wants an amps setting, i have tried 0.35 and 0.4A setting but it seems to not have the oomph enough.
It sometimes can’t feed filament.
Some sites say it is a 0.45A stepper, some say 1A.

Someone else using it and have some tips?

Well, i don’t want to blow the stepper with to high current.
I have it at 0.45 now, i’ll try some more how it goes.
