I’ve been successfully using my R7 for almost 2 years. The last few weeks it has not been working around tool changes. Workflow is Inkscape to Chrome/MakerCam to Firefox/Chilipeppr. There are 2 scenarios:
- I have Chilipeppr set up to pause at tool changes. When I jog the spindle to a good place to change the tool, the program will not “unpause”
- I’m unable to jog the spindle, and I never see the tool change message.
In both cases, in the monitor window I can see gcode being generated for the jogs I’m trying to do, but nothing moves.
Recovering involves some series of power cycle PC / TinyG and eventually I’m able to run the router again. I’ve gone as far as only running 1 tool/gcode job, but that did not help.
Any suggestions?
