Quad Carriage Porn (sorry,

Quad Carriage Porn (sorry, no tea today!) with adjustable tension with screw (no nut required). 14g without screws.
PLA 3 shells.
Now I need to come with a smart way to fix the dyneema cord to this, but it’s quite far away…

Change bearing with pom or ceramic bearing low wheigt and no noise

Ps no too much porn is a derivate of cerberus delta carriage;)

For the fixation of Dyneema: make easy the square rail longer. The ends are come through the carriage. Then you can make a loop at the end of Dyneema and place it over the end of square profile. Easy. Done.

POM and glass beads are already in  (@shauki sold me on this too).
You’re right about derivative, but I was more inspired by the new KVS250 Kossel carriage than the Cerberus. Those last are both sides.
“My” innovatio, so to speak, is the cross beam fixation system that doesn’t require any additional screw. It’s tight and very rigid (at least until it breaks). So you’re left to decide if it’s Erotica or Porn.
Thanks for the reference to the QR1500. That’s something also Shauki suggested but, unfortunately the cross beam are the same size as the 20x20, that is 500 mm. I can’t extend them, I have to figure out a smart solution.
I was playing around the current layout of the QR and check if we could win anything by putting the vertical beam “inside” instead of “outside” (looking the square from the top), but I didn’t find any compelling reason to do so…

I came to the conclusion that I need to find a way to easily remove the carriage from the dyneema without having to fuss with the knots for checking wheels clearance. I’m working on it
