Printed on a cr10s.
Mk2 version in the works, this was a little rough.
A bit more sanding and prep needed.

Be bb cva be beng no call x

(Jeff Kirschensteiner) #5

where did you get the files for this print?

(Doug Rector) #6

@Noel_Kuck Its Han Solo’s blaster - not a real gun - unless you hate star wars geeks?

(Noel Kuck) #7

@Doug_Rector I know what it is. Just not a fan of idolizing weapons. Kind of gives the wrong message. Look around.

(michael hillpot) #8

Hmm, I should destroy the elder wand on my shelf. I don’t think I should be glorifying the most powerful wand that has killed so many people . They are fictional props, chillax.

(Noel Kuck) #9

@shauki You are correct.

(David Minford) #10

@Noel_Kuck it’s a fully plastic non working non functioning model.
Frankly a 3d printed knife would be more dangerous than this.
As for sending out the wrong message, this is to show what a printer is capable of.
It’s for the starwars geeks out there also.

(David Minford) #11

@shauki Well the file is free and available here.

This is the guide I used to paint the model.
After painting I used rub n buff silver wax to pick out highlights.
