PC does not see M2Nano board

Hi Doug,

I replaced my M2Nano board; but my PC cannot see new board either.
Tried several ports and cables and problem still persists.

if you’re running a Linux system, open a terminal window, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable with the M2Nano/laser powered on, and run the “dmesg” command. It should show something about the USB connection on the last few lines. Copy and paste what’s there.

FYI, use Ctl-Shft-c to copy selected text from the terminal window and Ctl-v to paste into your browser.

Does your laser head move to the “Home” position when you turn the laser on?
