lately I was in need of an replacement for an 20x20 aluminium extrusion in the length of 250 mm. While it was quite easy to model, it turned out to be 3d printing it is somehow difficult: laying it flat without support doesn’t work well and have support doesn’t work either.
So I decided to print it vertical and was surprised how easy and well it performed. Great quality, no z-wobble.

Reinforcing it in areas that don’t have something else on them might increase how much load it would withstand.

As already said: that part will not take any load. Its just an interconnection of different components of a 3d scanner

@Tinkering_On_Steroid yes. I was aware that you said it would not be given much load.
