First run of the vertical axis. the FEL controller seems to work without some adjustment.
In grbl controller i made wrong stepper adjustmet, so it sounded hard. I’ll try to fix that later.
Now the axis does work!

FLE CONTROLLER
ARE ROUNTER OR CNC 3 AXIS ?

Oh. I mean EFL.
Thats the software to control the Grbl on arduino.

Is that an igus Drylin slide? I’ve used those on a few machines professionally.

Yes thats igus slide.
What is your experience with them?

To bore holes in aluminium guide at home is crasy.

We used them to guide a tube puller. Think of opposing tank tracks. The puller is loaded to over 600lbs between the tracks. I like them easy to work with as long as you understand and properly use the fixed and floating components.

I understand what you mean (looked for your company).
Thats right, the igus components are really easy to use.
We use the iglidur bearings to guide the toothed racks in the aluminum housings.

CNC is my private project. Here im just using the guide randomly. but it works good)
