This is some graphics from creation and testing my tiny CNC holders.
I found that the base helps me a lot when I need to fasten items because the holders tend to move when tightening them. The spring keeps the holder up so is easier to place the holder correctly.
Another feature is the base sqeeze the screw so it does not move in it’s t-nut. Now I know for sure that the screw is correctly placed in the t-nut always and therefore is not being pulled out of the last threads destroying these slowly.
