Help! My brand new K40 laser machine is NOT working!! First time I switched it on, the on/off switch flashed and wouldn’t turn on so I changed the fuse which was blown. The on/off switch is now working fine but the power supply is not so the laser head never moved. I have checked the voltage switch on the side of the power supply to make sure it’s on 230V (since I am in the UK). Apart from this, I don’t know why it is not working. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks

You will find this is very common with these machines. Almost all owners end up changing the controller.

is it easy to buy a new power supply for it?

@Ahmed_Selem I would check the power to the the supply and its output supply first. Since its a new machine it could have a wiring problem.
I see from the video that the fans on the LPS is not turning.

  1. Is the green LED on the LPS lit?
  2. What fuse did you replace?
  3. Do you have and can you use a DVM?
