new build using 500mm profiles. CCQR500. modified #turtlearc. 4wheels per slider, not adjustable (i consider this a feature). smooth rod guided z axis. motor bracket with 18mm offset such that if gantry is in the middle position the dyneema points straight down. bed hits the ground if z stage is not powered. just add movement to z max at print end, then power off.
