need help,
i would to build the 1/10 touring cars , but i want to change the car scale to 1/24 or 1/28, how i can do for this jobs?

Might be bit hard to do, as there is parts like bearing that are required to be that certain size and smaller gears become much harder to print. My advice would be just make parts that effect the size shorter. Essentially take 1/10 scale and cram its parts to smaller frame. This way you have smaller car, but durability of 1/10 scale.
If parts wont fit you probably need to start scaling down and find new bearings and utilize smaller scale parts.
