My Open R/C printed cars are ready. Now, Super Mario and Luigi are in the race competition. Nice design, just the pinion gear is a bit tricky (engine metal axle gets lose easily). I went with Polycarbonate (PC) now and have heated up gear in oven to 120 deg.C., pushing it hot onto axle. Seems to work better.

Decals: with a regular ink jet printer, printed on stickers, transparent or white. After placed on car - I have covered with transparent spray paint
BTW: the body (shell) is printed with ABS. In order to smooth surface I have used Azeton (and sanding a bit afterwards). The painting was done with airbrush paint and tools. The tires are TPU (rubber) prints.
