Is there some marking agent that can be used on anodized aluminum without removing the anodization?
Say I would want to put white text on some anodized part.
Cermark or LaserBond are 2 products that work, however they are for black marking, not white. Removing the anodizing is what most people do when they want a white(ish) mark on anodized aluminum.

I thought the dye was just being burnt/bleached out. We recently did a bunch of laser engraving on blue and black anodized parts with out any sort of marking agent and the engraving is very much white as opposed to the bare aluminum color. Granted this was with a 60w Epilogue, but I wouldn’t expect that to matter.
