Made this acrylic PCB holder for 100 mm x 70 mm blanks. I used Designspark2 mechanical then lazy cam then hand edit g code. Tool 2 mm parallel. 12000 RPM. I will use 3 sheets of paper under PCB when drilling.

@Robert_Ritchie ​, I’m also considering a holder for pcb. I found that some of my pcb’s are curved and therefore needs to be held down at the center. I’m trying to consider vacuum vs. Tape. Any experience in that?

@Henrik_Larsen Maybe a holder like this one and vacuum for the center to hold it down. Do you have Designspark Mechanical 2.0? It is free and very handy.

Mmmmm given me some ideas. My hold down clamps are crude at best :

@Steve_Slese That’s what it’s all about my man sharing ideas. I recessed the PCB into the holder it fits snug.
