I can engrave and cut just fine. It is the lining up of sourced materials that are giving me fits. I have tried lasering outlines on guide boards, multiple test shots, ugh. Is there an option for a ruler in K40W?
Cut yourself an origin jig. Place a piece of ply firmly in the corner your are using for the origin and then cut from the origin in the x and y directions so you end up with an L shaped piece with the inside corner at the origin. You can always check the alignment of this jig at a couple of points if needed later on.
