My result is not good in this video i will show u all setting and movement of machine even i set cut rate over 2000 … the machine is soo slowly and its burning all wood and nothing appears of my photo i dont know this problem why happend
can u help me thnx missing/deleted image from Google+
@P_Mido At this point I would say that you have problems with the motion of the motors, because the speed on the video is not even close to 2000 cut rate is more too small. I think you have to configure grbl, can you post your grbl settings? You can take them from the console in the bottom right, you have to insert “$$” and press enter, paste here the output.

Hello
See the New setting that i did on grbl firmware
look to this result and tell me now its better then last time
it was there was gap between each line !
Can i Make better More ?! missing/deleted image from Google+
@P_Mido Good, these results are better! Yes, you can do better but on another surface, the last one seams to be balsa wood, it’s to soft for good engraving results. I would recommend you to try on Birch plywood which is much harder than balsa and the results are better. Another think you can do is to improve image you want to engrave by using an image editor.
@Octavian_Bujor
Thnx Man
i will Buy this wood and i will try and i will show u the result later
Can i ask question ! the Gap that u told me about it last time in this result is now disapered ?
And
to edit image like in video u send me be4 !
its recommend to remove blackguard on image to good engrave
Another thing please my laser can Cut Wood until How mili ?! or its can not happened
thnx alot
@P_Mido Yes, the Gap seams to be disappeared. The background could be removed or not it depends on image and your preference. To cut plywood on this laser is very hard, you can do it with many passes, and it would be a slow process. I cut poplar plywood think 4mm in 5 passes at 120 cut rate, for birch 3mm think 4 passes are not enough. If you want to cut balsa wood it would be faster.
