Hi, complete newbie here.
I have the sculpfun s9. I have fixed it up and download lightburn. Download a file to engrave a grid on my work station. The program runs but doesn’t engrave. The light from the laser seems weak, and is not a sharp dot.
I have been on the sculpfun Facebook page, and some have tried to help, but with no success.
We have checked all the settings and they’re fine.
Can anyone help me please?
This is a new laser straight out of the box.
