KrabzCAM
There appears to be a user manual.
I have used it for a while and find it sufficient for what I have done so far. My workflow is: Draw in Inkscape, import into KrabzCAM, do CAM, export G-code, load G-code into Candle2 (or Carbide Motion if I use the Shapeoko at my local hackerspace).
The Krabzcam developer hangs out in the Maslow CNC forum and regularly posts there. I tried it a little while looking for free CAM software for the 3018 community. It has way more capabilities than the MakerCAM (popular with some early Maslovians) that was its role model. Check out the manual.
The Maslow CNC forum is worth checking out occasionally, the developer of the very useful GCodeClean hangs out there too, along with other interesting people
