Hey everybody,
So I bought a new Chinese laser cutter with a M2 nano cardboard. The problem is that my computer don’t find the Laser Device while installing the driver (the laser is of course turned on and connected to my computer). I have tried different computers but none of them could find the device … The laser works using the test button. So maybe the cardboard has a problem (but i never used the laser cutter actually) and was broken during the transport. But if someone could help me find a solution it would be appreciated
