In ASA filament - Who sells the Silveriest Shiniest Silver?
I have Rigid Ink silver and it’s not very silver. Appears gray or dull nickel
I may need to try PETG for a better silver. Never printed with it so I am a little reluctant to change.
ASA is relatively matte by nature, so an unlikely candidate for shiny silver. PETG is normally more shiny and plastic’y looking. That being said, I would also love to know about PETG filament that “looks like chrome metal” or something like that.
I have a MatterHackers not too far from me. They have hundreds of sample prints on their wall showing what they the look like when printed. I did see them over a year ago but at that time the it was the same question but for ASA. And, as smarter people know, there was none that was even close to silver. They looked gray at best for ASA.
